For youth to achieve their full potential, they need holistic support for their physical and mental health. Network 263 prioritizes mental health awareness, psychosocial support, and wellbeing programs that give young people safe spaces to talk, heal, and grow.
We run awareness campaigns, peer support groups, counseling services, and wellness workshops that tackle issues such as stress, stigma, depression, and gender-based violence. We also integrate sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) education, ensuring young people make informed choices about their health and futures.
By promoting health and wellbeing, we are building a generation of resilient, confident, and empowered youth who can lead positive change in their communities.
