At Network 263, we believe young people are the driving force behind Zimbabwe’s growth and transformation. Our Youth Empowerment programs are designed to equip children, adolescents, and young adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive.
Through life skills training, career mentorship, leadership workshops, and entrepreneurship development, we provide pathways for personal and professional growth. We also focus on talent identification and development, giving youth opportunities to showcase their creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
By fostering resilience, confidence, and leadership capacity, we prepare Zimbabwean youth to actively participate in national development, influence policy, and become future-ready leaders.
